An Am Law 50 law firm had recently lost several members of their litigation support/ e-discovery department. The retained us to fill 3 positions within 8 weeks.
We worked very closely with the head of the litigation support department to discover why the former employees had left, how they could correct that problem, and how we could communicate a positive message in the marketplace about the situation. We proceeded to identify dozens of candidates that had the experience required and were currently with competing law firms or with in house legal departments.
Within 7 weeks our client was able to fill all 3 positions with candidates we presented and created a 4th position because there was a 4th candidate who was too good to pass on. The department was infused with new energy and perspective.
