    Rahul started his career in the legal staffing and executive search industry in 2002 at one of the largest staffing companies in the world, where he established himself as a top ten producer and was called upon to launch a new division.  For four years prior to that, he was the Administrator of a boutique law firm in Dallas.

    He went on to serve as Practice Leader of the Legal Specialty Practice at a top ranked executive search and professional recruiting firm. There, he led a team of five members and was recognized as an elite producer.

    In 2009, Rahul founded Link Legal Search Group in Dallas, TX to help law firms and corporate legal departments procure the best talent in the marketplace and offer clients organizational consulting. Link Legal Search Group has successfully completed dozens of searches for Associate, Partner, Practice Group, General Counsel and law firm executive candidates.

    Rahul has been called upon by a number of writers and media organizations to comment on news and trends in the legal marketplace. He has been featured on CNBC, ABC News, CBS MoneyWatch, NBC, CBS, The Dallas Morning News, ABC, Fox, The Dallas Business Journal, The Legal Times, The New Jersey Law Journal and The Ladders. Rahul was also featured in the Amazon #1 Best Selling book, You’re Better than Your Job Search.

    Rahul attended the University of Texas at Dallas while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Business Administration degree and attended Texas A&M School of Law while pursuing his J.D. While at UT Dallas, Rahul was a member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity where he held several leadership positions.

    Rahul lives in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas with his wife and two daughters. He serves on the board of the White Rock Valley Neighborhood Association and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is also active in the Highlander School community and recently led a coalition of over 1,500 concerned citizens lobbying The Richardson Independent School District to abandon plans for a new elementary school.
