We understand the complexities of an in house attorney search. Most in house positions do not fit into a simple box. Rarely do you need someone with expertise in only one practice area. Furthermore the successful in house candidate has to be able to navigate the nuances of working outside of a law firm environment. Legal skills in multiple practice areas is required, a business mindset is a must.
